People keep asking why this matters so much but they clearly have never looked at how empty the current bird emoji selection feels. I am still sending emails to the design committee and waiting for someone to finally acknowledge how essential the pigeon is.

So many times I have wanted to send this exact emoji. It would greatly aid in my online conversations.
It is an essential for pigeon fanatics and sadly has been overlooked for too long.

honestly just feels like a major oversight by whoever designs these things. my group chat is 90 percent bird talk and we are suffering.
i see them on my balcony every single day and i need to be able to text about them properly. justice for pigeons.
Something to represent the street, the 99%, equality, poverty, discrimination, and yes pests, but also the most amazing bird ever.

This would be so silly but also they served in wars. Let them have a little emoji at least.
