Whereas the constitution dictates a petition signed by 25% of active brothers necessitates the calling of a meeting, this petition shall be submitted to the master when 25% of active brothers have signed.
The reasoning for this meeting is as follows.
Eboard has not followed proper procedure for the removal of brothers.
The conflict has caused the brother at large to resign
The chapter is embroiled in conflict that should be settled at a face to face meeting.
