We physicians publicly condemn the barbaric and cruel acts of terror committed by Hamas, an avowed terrorist organization, against innocent people in Israel, which began last Saturday. The horrifying details of these heinous acts perpetrated by Hamas are a grave affront to our shared values as medical professionals and have created a dire humanitarian crisis.
On October 7, 2023, Hamas terrorists crossed into Israel and committed unspeakable acts of torture, kidnapping, rape, and cold blood murder of its people – indiscriminately targeting Israelis and foreigners, Jews and non-Jews alike. Shockingly, even the most vulnerable among us, babies and children, the aged and the infirmed, were savagely attacked and viciously murdered.
It is essential to distinguish between Hamas, a terrorist organization that openly pursues genocide against the Jewish people, and a free nation obligated to protect its citizens – which includes Jews, Christians, Muslims, Druze, Bedouins and countless other minorities. Failing to make this distinction undermines the cause of justice and peace in the region. We unequivocally support Israel’s right to defend itself against Hamas and other terrorist organizations.
As physicians, we swore allegiance to the principles of humanity, compassion and the preservation of life. Hamas’ actions run directly counter to those principles and directly contribute to and exacerbate human suffering. We pray for Israel and for the innocent bystanders, including Palestinians, affected by Hamas’ actions. We implore the global medical community to add their voices to this chorus of support.

No matter what one feels about conditions in Gaza, this was a premeditated act of murder of women, children and other civilians. No politics or false equivalence justifies this massacre.

I condemn the terrorist acts of hamas - I empathize the the Palestinians that they have such horrible leadership that they think the solution to their problems will be fixed by killing children and civilians
This is not about palestinians. It is about a terrorist organization who is antithetical to Israel's existence anf does not follow any humanitarian, moral or legal codes for confkicg resolution, by design and by charter. They have failed to exist in society, and will now be ousted from power and from further harming israeli, palestinian and gazan citizens.
The world must not be silent in the face of inhuman atrocities. Brutal murder, rape, and kidnapping of innocent civilians - especially babies and children - is never acceptable. Hamas must release the hostages and allow Palestinian civilians to escape to safety.
Hamas is Muslim Brotherhood. They are trying to use Palestinians for their own purpose which is to install the Shariah law to the whole world. They have no human feelings towards the Palestinians. They just use them. A lot of Palestinians know that but are literally “prisoners “ of Hamas and are obliged to do what Hamas forces them to do. We must uncover the Muslim Brotherhood wherever they are, which is in all administrations in the world and as political advisers to presidents of many countries and to political leaders everywhere, except in Saudi Arabia, and in Egypt where they are contained in jail. This is the next real threat to humanity.
