The profit margin in restaurants is slim. Now that they are limited to takeout and delivery, alcohol sales are important. Having owned a restaurant once, alcohol sales is where the majority of the profit lies. Don't take this away from restaurants in Phoenix. They need to be able to ride this out so they can open again and not have to close permanently. Please.

I’m a co-owner of two restaurants severely impacted by the coronavirus. It is crippled our business, forced us to lay off staff, and it brought us to our knees regarding cash flow. We all have back up inventory of liquor, wine beer that is just sitting… What better way to create cash flow and to mitigate the financial impact. Otherwise the outlook is disastrous. The losses of small businesses throughout AZ will be catastrophic. Thank you

I work in the sports bar/ restaurant industry. With these restrictions it is hurting more than just the business. Our work force is being cut dramatically due to lack of dining. Putting people out of work is not a solution to fighting this virus. We need to look at all options and keep people working.
