Basic logical reasoning: If the president, politicians, state governors, health officials and media are all telling America to not inhabit restaurants and bars, which cuts revenue to provide positions of employment, allow the sale of to go in all forms.
Extent a lifeline to the community and allow these businesses to stay afloat during these times.
Otherwise, they will not be there to patronize for the public’s enjoyment once this all is over.
I am for the ToGo program.
