Please help this couple and other passengers that affected their situation due to ongoing COVI -19 Travel restrictions to refund ,rebook. reroute their tickets and address their concerns accordingly .

Refund my money, I bought ticket thru agency and he said that its not refundable if I'm going rebook still need to pay additonal $500 for me and my son.. this is unfair! We don't want this to happened about crisis right now! And my doctor recommended not to go because of my asthma problem.. we need our money baaaack!

No refund if the airlines didn’t cancel your flight. They’re expecting us to stay in Manila for the dates of community quarantine. Sign the petition, spread, share and tag this so we can get more signatures. Thanks

We know the company have rules and theses rules were created without the knowledge of this pandemic. The company is affected by this situation too. Cant PAL make an adjustment in cosideration of this unforeseen event?

Had flight to Manila on April 5 with an infant. We live in the province so staying in Manila for the duration of the quarantine is not good for us. PAL should refund our ticket back.
