Losing my iPad means losing the notes I have from geometry, Algebra II, and Precalculus that I’m going to need for Calculus. Getting rid of them like this is dooming the juniors and seniors for failure. Notability lets students simulate handwriting and retain more information; Kami doesn’t even compare.

give me ipad back, make america great again... with ipads...

I think we should stick to the IPad because kami is crashing and deleting work that we have hardly been working on. Also everyday the chrome books are crashing and we have to wait weeks or even months for them to be fixed.

Please don’t take it away

Over the years, I have learned to make notability work for me. To go senior year with a chromebook would feel like starting from scratch.

Chromebooks are trash

With sophomores already used to iPads, why force them to switch during the hardest and most stressful year of their high school career?

i’m not even going to be at the school next year but students should still have their ipads makes 0 sense to take them away lmao

The choice to take away IPads from the classes of 2019 and 2020,is a terrible choice. For those of us who have iPads, we have developed study techniques/habits and we adapted to the iPad and know how it works. To give us Chromebooks, would only set us back because students will have to gets used to these computers and the terrible features it has. Also, the chrome books have more problems than an IPad. The iPads have many beneficial features such as notability that allows us to write on the screens to take notes. We can export our notes and readings into notability and annotate. Kami, is nothing like notability, it’s worst. Please keep the iPads and let us carry it out until the current sophomore class has graduated.

The chrome books are very problematic for the freshmen and it would create more issues if the sophmore and junior class had to try and adapt to those problems after having such success with the ipads.

I, as a freshman, do agree with this as myself and many other freshman dislike the chromebooks and would rather receive the iPads next year, from the current graduating class.
