This is totally unfair system at all. People with fast typo speed was able to do it.

I atarted at noon. Website froze. I filled form, which was still available, on my phone and when i submit I got 2019 forms are closed!

Ridiculous system, really annoyed govt accepting refugees, not paying taxes. We are really pissed of these human rights killing policies.

This new 2019 parent and grandparent sponsorship system is not different from the previous random selection system. As the probablity of being part the 20,000 applicant to submit an application within approximately 4 minutes of the application being available online and closing is very very slim. Thus the system doesn't really provide applicant an equal chance of getting an interest to sponsor form submitted.
