These types of facilities should not be in residential areas

We are a safe family community that moved here from the Bay Area to get away from facilities like this. We are also in a very high fire danger area and these facilities will decrease our property values.

I am old. I live alone. I live close to these 2 of these proposed “housing” facilities. I am very worried. I moved here for peace and relaxation. I will be worried every minute of the day and night if this happens!!!!

This type of activity was not considered under the current zoning and General Plan. This type of business operation needs to be regulated and not allowed in residential areas.

If we allow these houses in our neighborhoods, you are allowing crime into your neighborhood. We should not have our peace disturbed by your desire to make profit. Move into an industrial area! These houses result in an increased crime rate wherever they pop up. The residents are usually loud, rowdy, cause fights with neighbors and amongst themselves. They are known to start fires, felonious vandalism, felonious assaults, burglaries, thefts, robberies, sex crimes including rape and sex assaults against CHILDREN, some of the residents are known to be sex offenders and sexual predators. We do not want your facilities in our neighborhood!

El Dorado County Board of Supervisors: Are these facilities built under CBC 2019 and permitted by El Dorado County Building Department? Who pays for these centers? What is Newport's rate of recidivism?

Absolutely NO on this. This kind of project brings in a bunch of crime. I’m sure it inst near any supervisors home.

Many of the people didn't move here for these types of operations.

This is a neighborhood community of families not rehab houses. This is not a commercial business area, this brings in people that would normally not be in this area. Home values will go down.

I am opposed to Newport buying more properties in Shingle Springs.

This is a residential zone so no commercial businesses should be operating in this area.

This is a residential community and all occupied buildings are for families, not commercial businesses.
