There are restaurants in town that are not ADA compliant. There is no I for cement.

We have been watching and following a prime example of next to zero response for complaints about construction and environmental issues let alone building practices that are against code; in a home being built next door to us. This high dollar home is into year 3 and still no windows but has electricity. The list goes on about our being ignored when we and fellow neighbors bring problems to the attention of the buildings and codes office from the day they pumped out a full excavation with the water running down the road and into Winni.

As a native of Wolfeboro, long-term former citizen, and current property owner and tax-payer, I trust the Town's elected officials and their designated employees to represent my rights, as well as the best interests of the Town; to enforce codes and ordinances; and to preserve and protect the character of the Town that we all love.
To the extent that they have failed to do this, I fully support this petition.

I completely support this effort. The lack of code enforcement on so many regulations consistently erodes the character of the town and the qualities town citizens to vote for ( lighting, rentals, properties that operate as demos, etc.). Town ordinances should be upheld consistently. If only we had a version of Pat Waterman enforcing codes throughout the town!

I have spent thousands, yes thousands, trying to manage the water collected and purposefully directed from my neighbor’s property on to mine. Two generations of town code officers have come to my house, looked at the situation, said it’s illegal, and done nothing. There are state regs that the town is not following or enforcing.

I’m sure it’s not easy running a town. I’d like to think our officers are doing their best but if not I hope it gets addressed by them before litigations
