I *KOVE COLLINS ATSU,* write to appeal for an injunction to be place on Mr. Osafo Marfo, the minster designate for senior ministerial position on the following reasons:

He demonstrated an attitude of disloyalty by breaching the oath of secrecy during the transition process by disclosing issues of the transition team to the public such as;

1. The outgoing government is awarding last minutes contracts.

2. The outgoing government was recruiting and giving new appointment's.

The effects of his talks were the main causes of post election violence that took place in the country because those utterances were the once that fueled the NPP youths to start driving people out of their offices and start locking the offices with the aim that there should not be any further appointment and awarding of contracts by the outgoing government.

With the above mentioned reasons am on the view that his nomination should not see a day light because he has not demonstrate any sense of leadership during the transition process to assume such high office of the land.
