I am on Whims Ct. and the service is horrible! Even makes it difficult for people that come to perform services at my home to properly do their job.

We have very poor Verizon signal however my bill has not decreased accordingly, if it did we would only be paying about 10-20% as that is about the percentage of service we are getting.

I have been Verizon customer for last 14 years just for the reason that you have better coverage across US but now am struggling with the no coverage issue . Please rectify my problem as I am not able to even be on call while am driving in Michigan …

5 minutes from a city of 74,000 people and get such poor cell service, you'd think we lived in a third world county. Extreme rural parts of Michigan have better Verizon service than us in Oakland Township.

Typically only 1 bar and calls drop frequently in Oakland Farm.

Predictably we lose calls when entering Knorwood from Rochester road and the poor signal continues into tje Knowood subdivision until the strre straightens out which is about 500 yards. Very annoying.

Service in the area is terrible! Calls and texts don’t go through to my kids unless they are on a friend’s hotspot or wifi. That means when they are riding bikes between houses they have zero service. Both instances basically cancel the reason I want my kids to have a phone.

Very disappointed to lose work calls while driving and to not be able to use Waza or other mapping programs in my own driveway. Have to wait til on lapeer road to set them up as that is when I first get decent enough service.

Please return the cell service to the terrific quality we have been used to from Verizon! We would be disappointed to have to switch carriers.

In the last 30 days Verizon's sell coverage has been horrendous. I'm not sure what happened but for the amount of money I pay each month this is very upsetting. Please help us.
