Does a respectful family family man... have two violent felony convictions before his 30th birthday? Does a respectful family family man... race Dodge Chargers at 90mph, with no insurance? Does a respectful family family man... almost kill a motorcyclist and leave him for dead in the middle of the highway? Does a respectful family family man... lie and blame the crash on the victim? Does a respectful family family man... fraudulently enter the fire academy just to get kicked out once they discovered his background? I could go on and on. Joyner's earned every bit of the mess he's in, and this entire petition is ignorant, dishonest, and continuing to victimize the motorcyclist.

How about giving the motorcyclist a fair sentence?

This woman -- his fiance -- lied to the fire academy by telling them that Joyner was hospitalized in critical condition at Einstein after she watched Joyner get carted off to state prison 48 hours earlier. Yet when Fire Officials showed up to the house the following Monday, she lied thru her teeth and literally told Fire Officials that Joyner had been critically injured. How cruel; how tone deaf -- in an effort to get sympathy for Joyner, she cold-heartedly put Joyner in the place of the motorcyclist and claimed that it was Joyner who was hospitalized in critical condition, when she was in court and watched him go to state prison just 48 hors earlier.

Did you know he had a knifepoint robbery conviction already, and now has two more violent felonies on top of that? Did you know he was uninsured and racing at 90mph.? Did you know he had no insurance? Did you know he fled and left the innocent motorcyclist in the middle of the highway? Did you know he lied and blamed his crime on the motorcyclist? Did you know he was fraudulently in the fire academy? Did you know they kicked him out as soon as they learned of all this? Did you know his fiancé lied to the fire academy and told them that he didn't show up because he was in critical condition at Einstein due to a car accident, when she watched him get sent to state prison 48 hours earlier? Because these are the facts, and in no world could you call these people "kind," "honest" or "reliable."

“I’ve known Juan for a while , and they’ve always been a kind, honest, and reliable person. It’s hard to believe they’re in this situation, and I truly believe they deserve support and a fair chance.
