Petition to Twin Rivers HOA for Swim Waco LLC Summer Swim Team Use of Pool

We, the undersigned residents of Twin Rivers, respectfully petition the Twin Rivers Homeowners Association (HOA) to grant Swim Waco LLC permission to utilize the community pool for a summer swim team practice, one hour per week. This program will provide a valuable opportunity for our children to develop water safety skills, build confidence, and stay active in a structured and enjoyable environment.

Key Details and Benefits:

• Times and Dates: Swim Waco LLC would use the pool for a one hour time block on Fridays from 9 AM until 10 AM to use the pool from May 30- Aug 1st. Pool access will still be open for members and only a portion of the pool will be blocked off for the swim team.
• Liability Coverage: Swim Waco LLC assumes all liability, as our insurance follows us wherever we operate. This coverage includes our employees and participants, ensuring full protection for the HOA and its members.
• Resident Priority: Twin Rivers residents will have the first opportunity to enroll in the swim team program. After residents have had the chance to register, any remaining slots may be offered to non-member guests.
• No Cost to HOA: This program is a no-cost asset to the HOA and its members. Swim Waco LLC will handle all operational aspects, including staffing, safety protocols, and instruction.
• Youth Development: The swim team promotes water safety, confidence, and an essential life skill while fostering friendly competition and physical activity.
• Precedent for Swim Instruction: Other swim instructors have historically taught swim lessons at Twin Rivers during the summer. Given this precedent, allowing Swim Waco LLC to conduct a structured swim team practice aligns with existing pool use policies.
