Every city and community I have lived in had had a feral cat program such as this. They work. It takes time. But they work. FerLs also keep the rodent population down. It's a win /win situation.

There are to many feral cats, and more kittens being dumped everyday! This is the only humane way to get the overpopulation under control.

The first step to take in an area where population of animals exceeds the population of homes it to reduce the population through spay and neuter. TNR does just that. J
