Any one signing this should read Marc Reisner’s book, “Cadillac Desert”. The Medina Lake and San Antonio is shades of the Owens Valley. Don’t let Medina Lake become Owens Valley. Furthermore, NO building permits should be issues unless there is enough acre feet of water to support such growth.
