The continued underfunding of General Practice will discourage GPs from taking on anything but the basics and referring to secondary care ; it is also very poor for morale.

Disproportionate cuts to rural and deprived general practice >50% impacts on patients, staff, GPs and their families.
It's grossly unfair when FEMPI reversed for all other groups essentially without conditions.
FEMPI reversal first then a new contract.

General practice is at breaking point, Newly qualified GPs are dead right to go abroad. Reversing FEMPI will only bring us back to how we were in 2008; new contract is vital or general practice will implode.
