This park is a vital resource to local children, who otherwise would have very little exposure to nature. This green space helps the neighborhood breathe.

There are over a thousand signatures now. Mostly on paper. But more is better. The purchase hasn't happened, yet and the city is dragging its feet.

If the area is historic, won’t they need special permission to do anything? And if anything *is* done,as I understand it, it needs to be within the historical period.

What a waste to ruin this beautiful park to put up another building. I lived at 3875 Waldo and I spent many days at this park.

In an urban environment, parks keep us connected to our biological roots in a rapidly diminishing ecosystem. Save Brust Park and expand all park land.

Leave the land alone. It will not be good for Manhattan College. There's enough students across the street no need to add more residents. Parking is a major issue all over the neighborhood so why make it a worse problem. Keep the park & improve it for the kids since there's not many places for them to play.
