The small lot can't properly accommodate this large structure, and it will spoil Brust Park, a little public gem in this part of Riverdale.

Just stop building on every piece of land around here! Leave the parks alone. People without children need somewhere to be able to sit and enjoy the days.

There are enough houses available in the Bronx. There is no reason for the creation of this building and the potential devastation of the park that would sit in its shadow. Decisions like these will define our generation and the immediate environmental future to come.
