Torkin would like to get his greedy fingers all over Riverdale; he destroyed one of the most beautiful buildings in NYC, the landmark-worthy Villa Rosa Bonheur—after blatently lying to the DOB about his intentions. There will be nothing left of this beautiful part of the Bronx after he is finished with it, if he ever is.

We enjoyed Brust Park when my children were little and again as my grandchildren came. My parents and aunt always used the park. We should be enlarging it and creating a committee to enhance it, not destroying it!! Please rethink this.

The number of green spaces in the Bronx is disappearing. We need to save them for the health of our eco-systems and future generations.

We now have well over a thousand signatures. Most of them on paper. Thank-you so much. Let's hope the city listens to us and doesn't let another Villa Rosa Bonheur happen.

Though small, the flora and fauna of this park deserve our protection. The Bronx is the greenest borough, let's keep it that way!
