If our school district can't afford it, we don't need it. More than half of the kids within the school district are already at or beneath poverty level, so why make what is already hard for many people, even harder. This is not a hardship the people of this community can afford.

School board needs to reconsider the field house. I am pro-education. I am pro-teacher. I am pro-great facilities for our kids. I am against a poorly thought out and budgeted construction plan and a surprise 37% tax increase before construction has started.

Totally against the field house, you snuck that by the people and you no it. If you really right it would have passed on its own you would have seperated the two and let people vote on each one. Shame on you

Scale the projects down. We all live on a budget. The gold plated edition is not necessary

Having a 12 million dollar field house isn't going to make Ashland's sports teams any better. The field house, in my opinion is just a huge waste of money and time.

The field house is a want. The tax increase would be taking away money from people's basic needs that live on a fixed income.
