This professor is biased and divisive. Students need to be taught truth impartially and trained to utilize critical thinking to come to their own rational conclusions. The education system does not need yet another tenured professor pushing their own agenda. We are all AMERICAN'S first, as long as we respect one another and uphold our decisively AMERICAN values (Bill of Rights & Constitution), the rest is immaterial. To my fellow students, remember, you can't trust anything written after the early 60's, always seek TRUTH, find the original source when you can, and make your own conclusions.

As can be seen from Grundys own words it is now every blacks right to be openly racist since she see's that this has been the way it has always been accepted for whites. I may have overlooked the statements about the college kids if she had said that black crime is also of concern but when you say you "every MLK week i commit myself to not spending a dime in white-owned businesses" then you are clearly making a racist statement based on the fact that you have brought a real Dr.s guiding principles into the conversation. I'm not a big fan of firing people for this kind of thing but I would have no problem with them working it into her contract that she has to add 5 more years of employment before she can attain her tenure.

I believe Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. would have been appalled by the words of professor Saida Grundy. Please, discipline or remove her from the university, as she will continue to drive off alumni and financial supporters, thus ruining the future of BU.

It's time to hold racist blacks accountable. If you want to be treated as an equal then you need to be held accountable for your behaviors. She will not patronize white-owned businesses if she can help it, but we should assume she will not be biased against white students? Grow a pair, Brown. Fire this ignorant person. I'm sure she'll bounce right back with full employment by Minister Farrakhan or someone of his ilk.

Is this a teacher? One who panders to the lowest moral ethical levels of emotion and thought using racist, hateful, and incorrect and/or misrepresented info. I suspect she subscribes to the belief all white’s owned slaves when this country started. When the truth is only 1% of the population that had the kind of wealth that made that possible. Most of the whites then only wished they were that wealthy. So I guess not many changes over time. Even that history is rewritten to suit a country or cultural truth. I don’t see much difference in this kind of talk and the kind the Germans used in the 30’s concerning Jews. Their to blame and we need to hold them accountable….
