What supporters of Saida Grundy are missing, is that she labeled the entire white college male population, which is grossly unfair and, yes, racist. Also, note that the principal in Georgia was fired for observing an actual fact, yet Ms. Grundy is supported.

No need to speculate on what would happen if a white teacher had said this. It just happened yesterday when Georgia fired a principle. Double standard hypocrisy !!

There is absolutely no way that this woman should be allowed to keep her position. Her words were ridiculous and hurtful. I will not allow my son to grow up believing Its ok to be insulted because, he is white afterall. I'm tired of the double standard! The woman in Georgia was fired in a day!!! And Grundys comments were filled with far more hatred and bigotry.

As a black man, we can no longer accept this sort of outlandish racism in our society. While many of my less educated brothers applaud this ridiculous double standard, I stand against this woman and anyone who espouses similar ideals. What we need isn't more women teaching in 'hate whitey studies', but more people of color standing up and contributing to society in a meaningful way. That means less 'African American Studies" majors, and a whole lot more black nurses, engineers, and architects. The only thing woman like this provide is more fodder for the black grievance industry. Shame on her and shame on Boston college for catering to the lowest common denominator.

Why does she still have her job? She clearly made racist comments about white men? seems that if you are white you cant say anyrhing about black people but blacks can say whatever they want about white people without reprecussions.So much for freedom of speech. Fire her!

No hypocrisy, no double standards, no "black people can't be racist because we're oppressed." At a time when whites in all lines of work - even police officers who have put their lives on the line in service to their country - are being fired for the merest whiff of prejudice, someone as blatantly racist as Saida Grundy should be tossed out on the pavement. No excuses.
