This is bringing our area down and our children feel unsafe in our local park

Absolute disgrace this has been housed next to a childrens playpark!! Nothing but fights outside and drug abuse. People are intimidated to walk by. Hope andy burnham is proud of his little scheme. Wants to open one next to his own home and find out first hand what its like!!!

There are plenty of options in openshaw to house the homeless, I feel this park is unsuitable with children in close proximity and I have witnessed anti social behavior from the homeless who are staying here.

As a resident of Audenshaw for 67 years, I find this situation disgraceful and degrading for the residents of Audenshaw to have to live with. This was such a lovely area alike end to an oasis, not any more!!!

The kids park is not safe for the community. Drugs, fighting, litter, defecation!

Rycroft is civic building and widely used by community. Shelter home should not be there and should be located out of town.

I understand the need for a bed for the night however this is one of the most inappropriate places to have this facility. this should not have been considered a good place at all

This needs to stop the council, local councillors and whoever is responsible for letting them use the building are a disgrace.

I have witnessed people wandering around with bottles of alcohol before 9am in a morning making me feel very uncomfortable schoolchildren been spooked by people in the underpass on their way to school from.people on there rubbish in the park includung needles glasd metrolink stop urine at the metrolink stop this is not acceptable and did not occurs before this facility it is a children's area and community facility given to the people of audenshaw I have a child who I am concerned for I do not let him out due to this. why should our community suffer and stress due to this facility it is not the right place to be I understand it was supposed to be a temporary measure for certain times of day. however this is not the case at all. I have lived in the area all my life and do not feel safe to go around this area. my uncle who walks dog also now changes his route why should be have to have this over us I am.appauled and disgusted that this has been allowed to carry on the council need to remove this with immediate effect
