Inner City Boxing not only offers a platform to improve health but a fun and friendly environment to do it in. I'm grateful for all the support I'm given and friends I've made through the boxing club! They certainly deserve this!

I started boxing at the age of 14, the age which I start to discover who I am as a person. I grew up in Newtown which had/has little kids up to know good. I'm glad I had boxing to guide me in a different path to some of my friends did that didn't go. Boxing taught me how to strive in life! I'm studied accounting and finance at bournemouth university, im in my last yr currently. which boxing had a major part in keeping me on the right path

In a time of need, repression, cuts and social stagnation nation-wide, what we need to do as a community is to ask for consideration, and represent ourselves in numbers, supporting causes such as this one, and others that offer promise and hope which manifests as positive change. Inner City Boxing has been overwhelmingly active in the inner city community, creating a number of positive younger role models, engaging entire families, and developing relationships, skills and confidence along the way. I have been a regular there for some time now and have always entered the gym to a vibrant, friendly and positive atmosphere, whats more, the membership base is so diverse from ethnicity, age and beliefs that its quite warming and really gives you hope that we are all one and the same.
Its crucial that they are awarded this larger premises. The work they do can only be described as 'one of a kind'.

This is what the community needs. Not a closed building. Will keep children off streets

I have been a member of this club for some time and have witnessed some great achievements for people in a peronal level as well as for the community. Having a bigger venue would mean reaching more people and changing more lives.
