The council finally agreed to hand over the keys to the centre. It has been an exhausting push to get here but we succeeded. We have a lot of repairs to handle now so stay tuned as we start this next chapter.

Reaching this point has been an exhausting uphill climb but seeing the community rally behind the future of our gym keeps me moving forward. I am drained from the constant meetings yet the growing momentum reminds me why this space is worth the fight.

The days feel long and the council remains quiet as we grind toward our first milestone. We need a final push to hit this hundred signature mark so they cannot ignore us any longer.

Ive used inner city boxing for the training of my recent charity event, that's says it all, These guys give up their own time for great causes. To have them there for the future of our children is so important to the community. They are family to me now!

The church has been closed for sometime and is probably rotting inside! Why not put it to good use for the community, I think it would be perfect for inner city boxing! Good luck guys.

ICB is a very busy gym , very often overcrowded. We need a bigger space in order to be able to train at full potential. The highly skilled coaches are there to deliver but the the lack of space is frustrating when one is training.

I fully support this plan, ICB is the best run boxing club I have been too and I have trained all over Hampshire, the coaches and the set up are professional and effective, you can really see the positive effect they have on the local youth and I would be excited to see this develop on a larger scale

Currently the club cannot provide coaching to disable people as the venue in St Mary Street is not disability friendly. A new venue sach as St Matthews Church would enable our coaching team to cater to this segment of the local population.

This boxing club is key to keeping the youth off the streets and giving them an opportunity to take part in something positive. Trainers such as Fred inspire the youth and give them discipline.
