Petition to Sutherland Shire Council to review the current laws with respect to recreational beach access for dogs and horses in Kurnell.

Council should realise the needs of residents. The beach is there to share. People and animals have the rights to exercise. Wake up and promote health and well being for all.

This is so important to so many. For the horses and dogs to get the exercise and freedom in a safe relaxed environment, means their owners, the community and visitors all benefit as well.

Why ruin a good thing?

This beach brings happiness and entertainment to many. Stop forcing people back into their homes to watch tv!

Don't take this innocent pleasure away from us.

We need to keep. Dog friendly beach

Our dog loves the beach. She is always leashed and doesn't annoy other beach users. Must be times set as the beaches are empty most of the time.

At Kurnell we love to walk our dogs in the beach please don’t take this away from us . It won’t be the same

I fully support access for horses and leashed dogs along Silver Beach at Kurnell berfore 9AM and after 5PM daily.

As a dog and horse owner I fully support utilising our amazing natural resources . Is there any better sight than watching your kids playing in the water with your pet dog or indeed other pets using the beach. I may be biased but the majestic nature of a horse being ridden is a sight to behold. Please continue the use of our beautiful country by those that love the outdoors and their pets

I worked at Kurnell for many years and felt that seeing horses always added to the charm of the area. Please don't take away things that are good for the area.

I lived in Kurnell as a child and now go there with my cavoodle puppy to enjoy walking along the beach.

I regularly visit Silver Beach Kurnell from our home in Engadine. We do not take pets but the presence of dogs and horses has never been a problem or threat to myself or my young children.It is great to see an area that still welcomes dogs and horses.

It is wonderful out there.why would council want to change a thing..they do no harm at all
