Would love to see dedicated beach area for dog/horses

Let dogs and horses have somewhere to run and be free and families enjoy seeing their pets happy off leash.

My family regularly take our dog Frank to Silver beach and the whole family loves this time spent together

Love taking my doggies down to have a run around! They very much enjoy it too

My two Miniature Schnauzers love going to Kurnell every Saturday or Sunday. They are not up to off-leash frolicking just yet but they enjoy the different sights and smells they don't experience on suburban streets every other day of the week.

Seriously.... People need somewhere to enjoy the beach with their pets... It has been happening forever... Stop this Nanny State please...

Stop allowing units to be built

SSC, did you liaise with residents before inflicting this ridiculous fining system? There is enough coastline in the shire that humans can attend animal free, leave Kurnell alone for the animals and animal lovers!

Stop destroying traditions.

We are planning on moving to the area from NZ at end of the year and one of the reasons was easy access to beach riding. Why would you ban this? We’re also planning on buying a horse and keep it at local boarding stables and if this goes through I don’t see much point considering this distant location anymore. Keep the area appealing, this is not a smart move.

Sutherland shire losing so much character with high rise developments everywhere. Now this iconic beautiful beach is being controlled without benefits to the community - such a sad time for animal lovers & community as a whole,

Getting so limited of where you can take your animals to be free.

Our best memories with our dog have been made at Kurnell. There is nowhere else like it.
