We need more authentic people like Uros. As a young person he is the type of mentor we need. He leads by example and I really do look up to all his achievements but also in those trying moments. His strength in character is really highlighted in his selfless moments to help grow a sport but also help a human (students) grow. I really admire that.

I’ve known of Uros for many years and trained with him before. He’s a very helpful coach and Cleary very supportive of his team. Himself he is a great athlete and has no intention other than to improve Jiu jitsu in Queensland and share it with the community.

Uroš more than deserves permanent residency in Australia. Since being in Australia he has made Brisbane his home and has made huge contributions to growing his sport in Queensland and Australia.

Australia needs teachers and fighters who dedicate their lives to BJJ. Uros is without a doubt one such example and its presence in Australia only helps to raise the level of the community as a whole.
