We are in the process of applying for the Permanent Employer Nomination Scheme Visa 186 for our professor Uroš Čulić, because Uroš comes from Serbia, keeping him in the country is a lot more challenging because of the lack of alliance between our two countries.
In the last 4.5 years that he has been at Arte Suave and in Australia he has developed an amazing reputation for himself and Arte Suave would not have had the considerable growth it has had were it not for him.
We are asking you to sign this petition, which we will send to The Hon. Andrew Giles Minister for Immigration, Citizenship and Multicultural Affairs to support our professor in keeping him in Australia.

deleteUros has proven himself as a high level competitor and high level coach, helping develop a large array of podium level students. He has helped lift the standard of BJJ in Australia both through his personal contributions and those of the students he has coached and inspired.
Uros would be the most deserving person to obtain a permanent visa that I know. He works hard, contributes hours of volunteer time in the community, and brings a wealth of knowledge, skills, and experience that is lacking in Australia in his professional field. We need people like Uros in this country.
Uros' impact extends beyond his own workplace and into the Australian BJJ community as a whole. Uros is a prominent coach and competitor in the sport, and is a valued teacher, mentor and training partner for many. It would be a great loss for us to lose Uros in the Brisbane BJJ community.
Uros embodies hard work, good nature and commitment, values any Australian should be greatly appreciated. It's people like Uros who add to the fabric that binds community and Australia should strive welcome, embrace and encoruage people like him at every opportunity!
Must be given permanent residency status, no other instructors have the same expertise. The business is reliant on his instruction. Majority of members attend purely due to his coaching methods and presence.
A fantastic teacher who makes an enormous impact on the Arte Suave and his wider community.
Uros has been an incredible role model within our community and it would be a devastation loss to have to see him go

Uros has helped me more than I can explain in this sport and in my own personal development, I believe him to be a great asset to the country and his passion and work ethic inspires many Australians to pursue physical endeavours
