نحن ابناء كنيسة القديس مارجرجس القبطية الارثوذكسية الكائنة فى 38 – 25 شارع 31 باستوريا، نيويورك 11101 نعلن عن اقصى تقدير وامتنان لقادة الكنيسة القبطية الارثوذكسية تحت رئاسة البابا المعظم تاوضروس الثانى وشريكه فى الخدمة الرسولية الانبا ديفيد ونؤكد لهما دعمنا واحترامنا الكامل وكذلك الأب انطونيوس حبيب ونشكرهم جميعا على خدماتهم.
نحن ابناء كنيسة القديس مارجرجس القبطية الارثوذكسية قمنا بالتوقيع على هذه العريضة دعما لابعاد الاب انطونيوس حبيب من مذبح الكنيسة وكل فرد منا لديه الاسباب التى تؤيد هذا القرار، وجميعنا متفقين ان هذا لصالح كنيستنا وأبنائها الذين يحبونها.
وقد قررنا الاعتراف بهذه العريضة بسبب الاشاعات العديدة التى تدور حول ان هذا القرار تم اتخاذه دون استشارة جماعة الكنيسة. ونحن ندلل بتلك الشائعات لان الجميع اتيحت لهم الفرصة للاجتماع بنيافة الانبا ديفيد بحضور اثنين من ممثليه لمدة اسبوع لمناقشة المشاكل التى تحدث فى الكنيسة وتم اتخاذ القرار بناء على المسائل المعروضة عليها. ونحب ان نعرب عن امتناننا وحبنا للأب انطونيوس حبيب على سنوات خدمته العديدة، ونتمنى له ولعائلته التوفيق فى امورهم المستقبلية، فليباركهم الرب ويدعمهم.

Petition to Support the Dismissal of Father Antonios Habib from St. George Coptic Orthodox Church, Astoria NY

We, the congregants of St. George Coptic Orthodox Church located at 38-25 31st St, Astoria, NY 11101 would like to declare our utmost regard and gratitude to our Coptic Church leaders and fathers. H.H. Pope Tawadrous and H.G. Bishop David both have our full support and respect as well as Father Antonious Habib and we thank them all for their service.
We, the congregants of St. George Coptic Orthodox Church, are signing this petition in support of the removal of Father Antonios Habib from the altar of St. George Coptic Orthodox Church. Each of us have our reasons for supporting this decision but we all agree that this is for the benefit of our church and its congregants who we all love.
We decided to recognize this petition due to the many rumors circulating that this decision was taken without consulting the congregation of the church. We are refuting those rumors because the congregation was given the opportunity to meet with His Grace Bishop David and two of his representatives for a week to discuss the problems happening in the church and the decision was taken based on the issues presented and discovered. We would like to extend our gratitude and love to Father Antonious Habib for his many years of service. We wish him and his family well in their future endeavors. May the Lord bless them and support them.

It will creat division in the church since the other father was dissmiesed as well
I never felt his fatherhood towards me or any support to show that I am one of his church sons. Despite my numerous trial to understand him or come closer to him. His actions contradict his preaching
كان من اسباب انشقاق الكنيسه تغيبه المتكرر حتي في ايام الجمعه العظيمه اشد احتياج الشعب للخدمه
This is absolutely ridiculous that there are rumors for him to come back. He is a very selfish person. All he had to do was love Abouna Benjamin back. He betrayed all the kids and the youth and the congregation. He only cares about himself. All the people making noise for him to come back didn’t even like when he was there. They just like to cause problems and are weak and don’t stand up for what’s right. Abouna Souriel is the perfect fit for the church and it’s people.
- Abouna Antonios is the reason I was going to stop serving. - He is the reason many servants/ individuals left church and did not come back - He was very stubborn and did not listen to anyone’s ideas but wanted to make every decision on his own. - He kicked people out of church on a Friday night when we wanted to stick around for some fellowship after a meeting. - He left the church for months and waited for the congregation to run after him to bring him back. Besides all that, he’s calling individuals adults and little kids telling them to fight for him to bring him back to church.
نيافه الحبر الجليل الانبا دافيد ونعمه من الرب يسوع. بعد تقبيل ايديكم. لنا عتاب محبه نرجو من قداستكم الاستماع ايه. موضوع العتاب هو ابونا الحبيب انطونيوس. ١- تطويل الوعظات بغير مبرر. التكرار. في مواضيع لا تفيد. وعندما ارسل اليه ورقه طلب أن يعظ من الانجيل أو قراءات اليوم تحولت الوعظه الي درس في الأخلاق واتهامات بعدم المعرفه والجهل لانه يعظ بإرشاد الروح القدس ويقول ما يمليه الروح القدس عليه وغير مرتبط بقراءات أو غيره. عندما اشتكت واحده من الشعب لنيافتكم عن طول الوعظه وعرف غضب و قال بالحرف ( انا نخورت وعرفت هي مين الي اشتكت) وكانت الوعظه علي موضوع الشكوي.واضاف أنه عرض عليه الخدمه في ثلاث كنائس ولكنه اعتذر ليخدم في الكنيسه التي رسم عليها. وعظه أخري كانت علي الاخ اثناسيوس ( كرم) باعتباره أول الرتب الكهنوتيه ويجب انت تنادوه باثاناسيوس وليس كرم كالقس ؟؟؟ الي اخره. ٢- تكرار أن احنا مبنفهمش ولانه قسييس فقد اعطي مفاتيح الملكوت ليغفر الخطايا أو يمسكها بإحساس غرور عجيب لم نراها من اي قس أو اسقف أو حتي بطريرك من قبل. ٣-اعلن في أكثر من مره أن اللي مش عاجبه الكلام أو التوبيخ في الوعظات يشوف له كنيسه أخري. فيه برضه اب يطرد أولاده. ٤- واحده اعتمدت حديثا وطلبت منه لقمه بركه تانيه فرفض بغضب وكسفها قدام الناس بعدها بطلت تيجي الكنيسه. ٥- رافض رفضا تاما عمل قداسين يوم الاحد. مع أن ناس كتيره حابه قداس بدري يوم الاحد بسبب شغلهم. وقال إن الموضوع ده خلي الدم ضرب في دماغه وكمل القداس بالعافيه.؟؟؟ ٦- ابونا له تصرفات كتيره بنرفزه وعصبيه مش عارفين ليه. وغاوي يخبط بالصليب علي المنجليه أثناء الوعظ بطريقه مستفزه ومثيره للأعصاب. ٧- القداس عنده ممكن يبدأ بدري قبل الميعاد وساعات يبدأ متأخر نصف ساعه او اكثر. غير ملتزم بمواعيد ثابته. ٨- لا يفتقد ولا يهتم بالافتقاد وكتير يعدي من جنب ناس في الكنيسه بسرعه ميفكرش يسلم عليهم أو يفتقدهم. الاسر بتمشي ومش كله بسبب مغادره نيويورك أو محيط الكنيسه دي حجج السبب في عدم الافتقاد وأسلوب عدم المحبه. ٩- احنا فعلا بنحبه وبنحب كنيستنا وياريت قدسك ترشده وياريت العتاب ده ميكنش عنوان الوعظه القادمه من ابونا انطونيوس. ١٠- اللجنه بقالها عشر سنين ياريت يكون فيه تجديد ودماء جديده. اطلنا علي نيافتكم رجاء محبه أن تحاللنا أن تجاوزنا حدودنا نشكرك نيافه أبينا ال
