My family has enjoyed this event for many years and think it is a great way for the community to support Girl Scouting. As a member of Girl Scouts for 48 years, 15 in Suffolk County, I've personally led troops that impacted 45 girls. Our overnights and day trips to Camp Edey are some of the girls' (and now young women) fondest memories. Girl Scouts needs this event to fund both camping but also the outreach to girls who otherwise would not benefit from a program that so positively impacts girls lives.

Girl Scouts are important for young girls. Community service is important, teaching girls respect for special needs children and the elderly is so great to see.

We have never had nor seen a traffic issue in our many visits to the show. The real beard Santa and Christmas tree village were always a highlight.
