If I as a homeowner & taxpayer can display as many Christmas lights s I wish. A non-profit organization owning their property should do as well. Not manypeople can afford to do this due to the economy. It's nice to take the kids for a minimal fee to drive through a "Magical Wonderland" and give something ejoyable for the entire fmily! How sad! I I will stop here.

America has no culture.....yes we do, thanks to the Girl Scouts lights still Christmas.....my children looks forward to this every Christmas.

If it is on private prperty, ie. Girl Scout property thenit is there right to have a well maintained event.
