The residents of West Brant are opposed to the addition of any and all water tower(s) to our neighbourhood. We have not been given proper notice of meetings regarding the planning and/or location of the aforementioned project. Our elected officials are not acting in the interests of their constituents by building this project in our neighbourhood.
We, the undersigned, call on the City of Brantford and the County of Brant to take all measures necessary to stop the building of a Water Tower in or near any residential neighbourhood in West Brantford or in the neighbouring area of Brant County.

Seeing this grow has been overwhelming because my own backyard is where I watch my children play every single day. Knowing so many neighbors feel this same urgency gives me hope that we can actually stop this tower from looming over our homes.

This makes no sense to put it right beside houses where kids play. Find somewhere else for this thing, nobody wants to look at a giant metal tank from their kitchen window.
We understand the need for another water tower, however, please choose a site away from current residential development. No need to devalue the existing neighbourhoods by creating an eye sore in our yards. Please ensure behemouth is not built in the Glendale Rd. area.
I understand the need for another water tower but please not in my back yard :(
Notice of meeting did not mention that the tower would be built in our back yard. Sneaky and insufficient notice.
We disagree with this decision. We were not given the opportunity to share our concern when this water tower will directly effect us. Kinnard Survey neighborhood. We don't want this water tower in the area you have decided.

there are many more appropriate places to develop a water tower. We need all the trees we can get, don't destroy what little we have left in west brant
