If we are moved to e-books most students who do not have a tablet will use their phones which for that purpose are way too small. If the school wants e-books they should provide the device that we will view the e-book on. Most students like to have the physical book so they can highlight and read it faster, with the e-book we will have to wait for it to load.

I don't like the idea of having e-books. I tend to do better when I have physical paper in front of me, that way I can higlight and take notes as I please. Not only that, but being in front of a screen for too long hurts my eye sight.

Everyone has a different way they learn. For me, staring at a computer screen gives me a headache, so the hours of studying Anatomy and Physiology would not be possible with an eBook. I also am poor and don't have the funds to purchase the special nook/tablet that could solve that problem.

This new policy undermines professors who teach in specific ways. They should have the right to use whichever book they think will benefit their students. Also the extra cost to students is deterring to enrollment. We pay enough to the school already, we should not have to pay for something we disagree with.

Ebooks are very inconvenient! Who seriously wants to be limited to only a computer for reading course materialThe course material that professors select are just fine. Plus, charging the ebooks automatically without our consent takes away our freedom to purchase books at other cheaper sources. I strongly believe the instructors should retain the right to choose course materials.

Tuition prices are hard enough to pay out-of-pocket. Limiting our options to being forced to buy our material from the school bookstore only raises our cost and will make it even harder for the financially struggling student to be able to attend college. Sign the petition and end this nonsense!

I oppose of the ebook, as a student we are not financially ready. This should be the option of the student not those that do not have to pay for this fee.
