The function of the room for students is mainly for Lunch. As for the SA valuables inside, there is a storage room naman which can be locked to ensure that the items are safe. Basically, students can ear lunch their ONLY sa lunch time and SA Officers can use ONLY sa meeting time, and every time the adviser deems necessary. Otherwise, if unnecessary, then closed gid. :) That is the plan as of now, but other suggestions are very welcome.

Measure number 3 is there in order to cater to the increasing population of Pisay. Next year, there will be 6 batches, and the space can be used to alleviate overcrowding in the Coop, as well as to show that the SA room is not exclusive, but inclusive to all of the SA's constituents :)

I absolutely agree with this petition! The SA room has been a great factor in yielding great projects for our community. However, I cannot understand the rationale behind measure no. 3 so I hope you would explain that one. Anyhow, I kindly ask everyone to sign this petition and be an active citizen of our community. Can the function of the room for the students be elaborated, example what facilities can they avail inside the room, is the room open during the whole day or is there a schedule?
Other concern is about the valuables of the SA being kept inside the room (funds/money, documents, etc)
