Petition to Stop Polokwane Municipality Festive lights ceremony

Polokwane municipal it is failing the community of its own and doing nothing at all and even to try they don't.

Show some compassion. The money must go somewhere else. Besides, this ceremony was inherited from the apartheid regime.
