There are already sufficient alcohol retailers in the immediate area of this property in the form of convenience, grocery, drug stores and gas stations. There is no need for an additional retailer of alcohol to the Kings Hwy/Centenary corridor.

This property backs up to homes in a neighborhood with lots of children. A liquor store in that location is a bad idea.

We do not need a liquor store at the corner of Kings & Gilbert in the middle of this residential neighborhood. Not only will it increase traffic, but it will definitely decrease our property values and increase the crime in the Highland/Gladstone area. MPC members: please vote NO for this permit!

Under no circumstances do I want a liquor store in the 300 blk of Kings Hwy .We have numerous places to buy wine and spirits and this area is not suitable !!
