1. When Allah choses a leader for a community, nobody else has the right to remove that leader appointed by Allah Himself, leave alone fighting so anxiously for his removal.
Please refer to the one single relevant story in the Quran about this very matter.
2. From my own personal experience [meaning observation] Each and Every time I've seen a group of people in a community trying to remove its leader "on the pretended behalf" of the whole community's good, I've consistently noticed that they ended up succeeding as a punishment from Allah, proof of that being that chaos, disunity and disruption followed within the community and they were never really able to recover from that punishment and be as stable as they used to be before.
As a matter of fact even common community activities, for some reason, were not able to be sustained...
In order to sincerely seek the pleasure of our Creator and Sustainer with a pure and sound heart, I'm inviting all members of the PGMA Muslim community, paying as well as non-paying members, leaders, visitors, honorable volunteers, active participants or not... but brothers and sisters from the entire Muslin umma as a whole to weigh in on this crucial decision because it's really more than just about PGMA and/or its shoora members' opinion or will but the strength of the unity of our Muslim brotherhood all around the world as a whole which each and everyone of us is in charge of keeping together.
Should we fail in this task, each and everyone of us will suffer from it which result in the worst injustice we could do to our own selves.
May Allah guide us all in our choices and our journey towards meeting with Him on The certain Day and make it easy for us to be just in our thoughts and actions as we keep fearing Him [[[ the way He should be feared ]]] InshAllah!!

I drive by 3 others mosque to attend PGMA and it is because of the Imam! Do not remove him. He is a great Imam for this community.

As members (my family), we love our imam, and want to keep him where he is. This should not be happening. There is no good reason to attempt to remove and replace him. This is no ompetition.
Our community should have a say on who leads us.
