They have made our lives easier by delivering our food, but the commission terms are unjustified. They should reduce their commissions and stop deep discounts from restaurant sides. Also they derive unreasonable and unethical products for marketing which are unauthentic as the algorithms are dubious. They should also share our data because we pay them for this, in fact we are paying them for stealing our customers.

This situatuon is vert critical. As incase we do online business we run in lose and incase we withdrawn from is online business still we run in lose. Now customers has started coming directly to outlet and after meal they they order it online to avail discount.

We are facing a huge amount of regular pressure to keep break even sale but these online ppls made it very tough. Immediate action required.

Save f$b industry

Big players are getting benefits as they are giving discounts by compensating with other businesses. Guwahati is mushrooming with cafes and every five min , there are food joints . The irony is that the roadside unhygienic food joints are also in these online deliveries . People look for only discounts and the Restuarant owners are satisfying them , not to be sure of myself, and a big question arise “ How is it possible to give such discounts “? Just for instance Rs 60 for momos, Rs 70 for noodles etc etc whereas if I work out with everything , there is no profit as such . Moreover, the quality goes down as well as the quantity. There is no way that these online deliveries should be stopped , let it run but frequent discounts should not be encouraged . Few customers also try to do pranks by rating which also play an important role for the Restuarant. One may not have the taste buds to like that particular food whereas the others may have positive reviews. From my point view, let everyone get the employment through online deliveries and let the business owners too get good business and if we follow according to the customers, no business will be in success .

In your hurry to widen and deepen your customer base you are debaluing our products and services and spoiling the psyche of the cistomer. The whole emvironment is spoiled.

Even we have group of 100 restaurants in mumbai & need to address this issue as soon as possible

Now it's high time guys we should all stand together and say no to online ordering and trust me guys these companies will not be able to survive in the market for more than two or three months if we all just stop their services....

Providing food at cheap rates and giving additional discount on these food apps. Not at all making any money.

How do we run our households if this thing continues? Don't we all deserve to earn from the blood, sweat and tears we shed for the work we do with utmost devotion?
