That beautiful green space is used by the residents of North Sydney and most importantly the tourists waiting for the ferry. Encourages them to stroll thru the town and spend their money locally. In regards tot he ship repair expansion…pick another waterfront property. HOw many jobs has this shipyard created? PLEASE don't do this Cecil Clarke.

this is unbelievable that something cost taxpayers millions to build and a few people had tha audacity to sell it for 200 000 dollars. We definitly want something similar back in another area. This is robbery?i appreciate the jobs coming , so it is claimed, but after this deal they better materialize.

for the sake of 50 "potential" jobs, the sale of Archibald.s Wharf demonstrates the mayor's desperation to finally accomplish something(or anything) since taking offce; to the long term detriment of the community...
Extremely saddening to all of the residents of North Sydney and beyond to lose our beautiful Archibald's Warf. Why us??? Everything seems to get alloacated to Halifax or Sydney. Northsiders deserve to maintain this beautiful part of our community. A true focal point of our tourism, and our communities.
