we need something to be proud of, we did something positive for tourists to see, for our children and grandchildren to enjoy. Buy property on the other side of where the old marine slip presently sits. Do not pay down the debt with money made by taking more from the citizens in this town. Shameful that this was even considered, without even consulting the people who enjoy the area.

Archiblad's Wharf has been a great influence on me as a kid, and it would be terrible to see it go! I have a lot of good memories there. The Wharf is not only dear to me, but is also dear to the community it's apart of.

I haven't heard about this before now, so seeing this shocked me! Archibald's Wharf is a beautiful place that represents a strong community. This is a gem of the Northside. I have spent much of my childhood enjoying the live music with my family and having great adventures on the playground with my friends. Munro Park used to have a large and expansive playground, but that was taken several years ago. Archibald's Wharf is a place that benefits everyone in the community, as well as tourists coming and going to Newfoundland. I sincerely hope that our mayor does not continue these discussions.

the Northside has so little to offer its residents as it is for recreation use.. Many families including mine take advantage of this space from spring to late fall... Can't believe that this family space is even being considered for sale... Please reconsider this proposal...
