WE PETITION THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION TO: Peacefully grant the State of Kansas to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW Constitutional United States government, under the Constitution. As the founding fathers of the United States of America made clear in the Declaration of Independence in 1776: "When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation." "...Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and institute new Government..." WE, the undersigned, believe that the present Federal Government is exceeding the Powers granted the Federal Government by our Constitution, and believe that the Federal Powers shall be limited to that mentioned in the Constitution, as written by Our Founding Fathers. Therefore, WE, petition the present Federal Government Administration to allow the State of KANSAS to secede from the present United States of America, and to be allowed to form the Constitutional United States of America following the limit federal powers as contained in the Constitution.
