Petition to Retain the Southampton/Alderney Air Link

This is so important please don’t even consider getting rid of it.

The loss of this route will be disastrous and the final nail in the coffin for Alderney

A lifeline for Alderney which must not be lost.

This link from Alderney to Southampton is so important for both islanders & the economy bringing in tourism & revenue, it must remain

A vital link, used many times

Its an air link that must be retained for the people that live there as a access to mainland U/K.

Who even thought it would be a good idea to stop this route?!

I feel this is a vital link to the UK. Travelling via Guernsey is not an easy option for many people. The island needs people to be able to travel there to make businesses more viable and encourage investment.

For years we've been travelling from the Netherlands to Southampton and to fly on to Alderney; It's the only way to get to Alderney from here, so it is so important to continue this route for visitors aswell as for the people of Alderney!!

I think this is a very important lifeline route for Alderney

If this link goes it will be the end of Alderney

What are we supposed to do? Swim?

Losing this airlink will be the death knell to Alderney

The only way we can sustain our economic wellbeing

This route is Alderney's lifeline. Without it the island will die.

Ah no!!!! This link is so vital to so many of us visiting family & friends on the island plus the island’s businesses and ‘depleting’ tourism.

Alderney has to have a direct link to Southampton otherwise there will be a lot of businesses closing as tourist levels will drop drastically
