got this petition late. We agree especially with the elimination of declarant rights and non-mandatory RB CC fees.

And in addition to Phase 17 not annexed in RBCAI, NONE of the 8 Shearwater properties in Phase 16 have been annexed as part of the Rarity Bay Association, either.

Nicely done Jim:
We purchased property in Rarity with the intent to build and move to Rarity because its : "resident led—not developer driven" , as you so aptly put it Jim.
Thank You

We completely concur with the premise laid out in this petition. It is imperative that any/all prospective buyers of SPC LLC assets are made fully aware of all aspects of unresolved legal issues and litigation pertinent thereto. Only then will prospective buyers be fully aware of these multiple issues and able to conduct thorough due diligence in assessing the appropriate value to place upon the assets in question.

Please remember to support the legal fund associated with the proof of claim that so many of us signed. We need to raise the legal fees to represent our position in court during this key time. If you haven't already written a check for at least $1,000,, please do so today!

I paid $15,000.00 for club membership this past June. I also pay $300 plus tax per month dues. I don't use either of the courts. The gym is subpar. Golf is too expensive without a $30k membership.
