Since we moved here in 2022 we have already had 49% increase in our mandatory monthly social membership while the amenities have deteriorated or have been removed and now the trustee wants to add another 3% to the monthly social fee.

Thank you for writing this petition! It puts everything in perspective for any bidder's consideration who wants to join our 31 year old community and be successful. Sharing our history certainly is brave, but it also shows how strong we truly are standing up together.

I would like more attention and respect considered for the singles in the community, especially those who have become widowed. The dues structure for them can become unfair and unequable.
