After 5 instances, Smoke needs euthanized. They have made empty promises of rehoming him in the past only for him to stay and attack more victims. It seems that they also breed him which makes me wonder if he’s truly a family pet or a money maker for them?

From everything I have heard from witnesses who were there, this dog and the owner are irresponsible and a nuisance to the community. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
This is the 5th brazen incident where nothing has been done so far. People are coming out and we’ve all had enough.
