Please get rid of the bike lanes, at least on Bloor St. The congestion is ruining our city

such a divisive subject , I know. But the congestion is mind numbing, there are 2 bridges that the lanes affect, just cannot get to work on the east side of the Humber Bridges

Supporting the sensible reconsideration of the excessive amount and location of Bike Lanes

The bike lanes on Scarlett Rd south of Eglinton Ave W have created a massive traffic jam at rush hours. You're lucky if you see one bike riding along that bike path during those times. It has never been that clogged up. Those bike lanes are a nuisance and should be removed.

In addition to the entitlement that some cyclists feel they have; the scratches on my car; the broken mirror, etc, ebough of the bike lanes. Just to mention one street, Bloor. I try to avoid it at all costs, just because of the cyclists. Quite a number of times, I have seen fire trucks unable to pass. It can a bit of time for cars to move or in sections rhat there are 3 lanes due cars making a left or right. I feel bad, should any businesses, homes on Bloor Street ever catch fire! It will take long for the fire trucks to arrive. Sometimes, I feel that NO ONE gives much thought to how bike lanes affect the community, before implementing them. Let cyclists take side streets.

Remove on Bloor Street. What a mess with traffic flow. Emergency vehicles will need triple time to get to their destinations and snow plows will have problems clearing snow with all those barriers.

Let's try to eliminate cars downtown as well!

I think people need to just be more respectful of one another without creating barriers that make traveling so challenging. Both drivers and cyclists need to be careful.

Remove all bike lanes! We have shared the streets forever! Even one ways bikes can go everywhere but now bike lanes even in small streets have taken up parking and caused havoc to residents needing the parking space! What a waste of money and such idiotic urban planning! Bikes do not need lanes, we all share the road! It’s causing such congestion which is counterproductive as hundreds of cars now sit in traffic for the odd bike to pass every 20 min if that! Remove all bike lanes is the most common sense move!

Keep bike lanes. But Not on busy streets that are barely wide enough for two lanes of traffic. Toronto must be liveable for everybody

Use only 1 lane north south to downtown Toronto. Bike lane on Avenue Road is unnecessary due to our climate and the lack of numbers biking.

Cyclists should be licensed and pay a road tax, to contribute to their requirements.
