To whom it may concern,
In line with our upcoming graduation, we recognized several matters that remain unsolved. We are writing this letter to voice our concern about one of those.
Everyone wants the perfect graduation ceremony. If not perfect, then the one closest to it. This will only be possible if proper financial conditions are met, and the STI College San Jose Del Monte Senior High School student body understands that. However, we could not just simply pay three thousand bills.
The current situation of the undisclosed breakdown of the expensive graduation fee is unacceptable, and most of our parents seem to agree so. If a proper explanation had been provided, we could have apprehended the weight of the money being asked earlier without having to raise this concern.
The student body asks for your kind cooperation to disclose the breakdown of the graduation fee. Therefore, we can explain and justify this matter to our parents, and a parents' graduation orientation meeting should only be an alternative.
We hope for details about our graduation to be disclosed transparently so everyone can go through and on with the graduation ceremony at ease.
We appreciate the effort the graduation committee puts into hosting a flawless graduation ceremony for the very first on-site senior high school graduation on the STI College SJDM campus. The student body is confident that the concerned parties will address this matter by taking necessary actions.

The sheer volume of people backing this proves the administration can no longer hide behind their silence. They are banking on us giving up but the momentum here shows they have seriously miscalculated our resolve.

We find the graduation fee so expensive to pay, and with the inclusions of it, yes it's very expensive yet it doesn't include creative shots, class picture, and yearbook. We object to pay the 3k worth of graduation fee due to its minimal inclusions that we don't really expect from a private sector school, things can be expensive but not this much that we are urge to spend 3k worth of money just for a graduation fee that is not worth it, we find it very unfair and more like corruption on the student's organization, if you would still push the 3k worth of the breakdown of expenses then we should get what we want and expect which is the class picture, creative shots, and then a yearbook, Thank you.
I hope you'll address our concerns. If ever mabago man po yung grad fee, sana po marefund yung excess para sa mga nakapagbayad na ng maaga. Thankyou
The petitions states what we really wanted to disclose about the over priced fgraduation fee
We want a valid breakdown about the 3k graduation fee, because this is so expensive and invalid for 3k of the inclusions in the letter, and if We compare the 3k graduation fee with other schools there are so many inclusions, including the sewn gown or Toga as their own souvenir and that is only 3,000 pesos like the STI graduation fee, thank you for you understanding!

Sana po maipaliwanag talaga kung saan mapupunta yung 3k kasi mabigat po sa bulsa yung ganito kalaki lalo na kung wala naman yearbook o kahit pictures man lang. sana po mareconsider yung price.
