Petition to Reinstate Robin Powers’ Classes at LillStreet

Too much at stake for these kids NOT to have Robin's loving talents shared!

Robin singlehandedly transformed Lillstreet’s ceramics department. This is crazy.

Please reinstate Robin. She is the best teacher I had at Lillstreet. A wonderful person too. It would be such a loss if her contract isnt renewed due to a clerical error.

Great individual who knows how to teach others. Excellent teacher.

Robin is definitely a gifted teacher who is able to effectively help each student reach his or her goal - an impressive feat considering the diverse range of interests and backgrounds present among her students. Her classes are not just an opportunity to learn, but a supportive creative community. Lillstreet will not be the same if she's not part of it.

I would come back for Robin!

Seems like a logistical email problem that can easily be fixed - allow her to resume the class!

Robin is a wonderful teacher and deserves to be valued and supported wherever she generously shares her knowledge and passion for art. Why can't lillstteet be that place? It would be a great loss for lillstreet. Furthermore ALL the lillstreet teachers deserve more support and compensation. What is going on?

Please consider reinstating her contract. Consider how you would want to be treated under the same circumstances, which I understand was entirely due to a software glitch. Then treat her the same. With kindness. Hire her back. Thank you.

Robin is the best ceramics teacher I've ever had and a wonderful mentor and person. Not only is she an amazing sculptor, she is also an incredible teacher who caters to students of all levels by teaching the necessary skills while encouraging and inspiring creativity. She is an asset to Lill Street and was the reason I kept coming back.

Because of Robin’s incredible wealth of knowledge, amazing skill, patience, and sense of fun, her students have grown beyond just learning how to sculpt anything to evolving into incredibly talented clay artists expressing their own voice. In addition her Lillstreet classes have become a family rather than a mere group of students evident by the support we have given each other through the years. I feel there is no one else at Lillstreet that can offer the same knowledge and experience.

Bring back the joy and this wonderful class!!
